"In view of the current situation relating to coronavirus, we want to reassure you that we are taking all necessary measures to help ensure the safety of customers and colleagues. Please be assured that we are acting on government and health organisation's advice and we are as prepared as we can be. In order to prevent further spread of the virus, we are all working from home, which will obviously reduce the chance of the spread of the virus, allowing us to maintain our current service levels.
We are asking all customers, where possible, to keep an eye on our welcome page and website, where we will report on any loss of service levels should they occur. We ask that you use email@example.com as your primary channel of support, leaving our phone lines free for customers who need our help the most.
We will continue to provide regular updates via our welcome page feeds and on our website. Please rest assured our priority remains keeping our customers online."
